Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our team. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst will play a crucial role in today's digital world & in safeguarding organization's digital assets. An Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for managing and protecting user access to systems and data within an organization. This role is critical in safeguarding an organization's information systems.
Principal Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning:
- Participate in developing an IAM strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead Regional implementation of Global IAM strategy.
- Create and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in IAM for continuous improvement.
- Identity Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the entire identity lifecycle, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes.
- Access Control:
- Design and enforce access controls based on the principle of least privilege.
- Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) systems.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance.
- Authentication and Authorization:
- Implement and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
- Define and enforce authorization policies for systems and applications.
- Identity Governance:
- Establish and maintain identity governance frameworks.
- Implement and oversee automated provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Security Compliance:
- Ensure IAM systems and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on IAM-related security metrics and compliance status.
- Incident Response:
- Develop and implement IAM incident response plans.
- Lead investigations into IAM-related security incidents and breaches.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business units to understand access requirements.
- Work with application owners to integrate IAM solutions into various systems.
- Vendor Management:
- Evaluate, select, and manage IAM vendors and solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with IAM service providers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Ability to work in international environment with different other regions globally
- Stakeholders management at regional and global level
- May need to connect with other regions in different time zones (early or late meetings)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- ITIL4 Foundation is as must. Advanced ITIL4 Certification is a plus
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications may be preferred.
- Several years of experience in IAM or a related field, with a focus on leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, practices, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols.
- Experience with IAM tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint, Okta).
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, IAM framework, GDPR).
- Knowledge of IT General Controls.
