Our client is looking for an OCM Consultant to work on their project.  
Start Date: Immediately
End Date:  June 30th, 2025
Language:  Prefer Spanish speaking (but will consider English only speaker).
Location:  Calgary/Onsite
The Role description:
  • Provide Organizational Change Management (OCM) support for Integration activities;
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Develop of a set of actionable and targeted organizational change management plans – including business impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and communication plan, evaluation plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, sustainability plan and resistance/coaching plan.     
  • Manage, and communicate project schedules and status, while balancing priorities on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Accountable for the production of training materials associated with the project
  • Develop and issue metrics reporting for training and organizational change management effectiveness
The Requirements (skills contractor should have):
  • Prosci Certified in Organizational Change Management
  • Training Material development experience
  •  Spanish Speaking (preferrable)
  • Can demonstrate OCM expertise in mergers & acquisitions
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and can adapt to changing requirements and priorities without compromising on quality.
  • Able to perform tasks, manage projects with minimal guidance, and independently create strategies based on the client team’s input and their own discovery
