The SAP HCM Specialist will be part of a team deploying SAP Payroll with SPINIFEX IT, designing, documenting and supporting solutions related tHCM and Payroll management in SAP. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise with SPINIFEX software including
Accelerating migrations and implementations. Optimizing HR and payroll operations. Simplifying compliance
The Specialist HCM will play a key role in a major project, collaborating with IT teams, business experts and SAP/Successfactors developers.
Key Responsibilities
Automate and optimize key HR and payroll processes using SPINIFEX
• Secure and standardize payroll processes
• Document solutions: functional files, specifications, detailed analysis deliverables, user guides and processes.
• Participate in the drafting and execution of test plans:
• Collaborate closely with SAP developers to ensure consistency of development and configurations.
• Support processes related to work orders, notices, scheduling, work returns and SAP mobility.
