Our Client is looking for an intermediate level Organizational Change Management Analyst for a 1 year engagement. This role is part of a multi-phase, multi-year SAP implementation project.

End: January 11, 2019

Description of Duties / Scope of Work: 
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting development and execution of key organizational change management, communications or end user training program deliverables 
  • Supporting the delivery of Organizational Change Readiness workshops, interviews 
  • Coordination of workshops with impacted teams to gather change management requirements
  • Support data gathering and analysis of stakeholders, creates and maintains distribution lists to ensure all impacted stakeholders are included in all events designed to support engagement, awareness and adoption
  • Support the development and delivery of program communications
  • Support the development and delivery of deploying a change agent network
  • Provides support to the OCM Manager, OCM Leads in delivering programs in support of transitioning and adopting new ways of working 
  • Support the management of end user training deliverables
  • Support the development and delivery of a train the trainer program
  • Accountable for logistics coordination of OCM and End User Training events

Mandatory Skills / Certification:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Engaging facilitator of end user events/focus groups
  • Excellent active listening skills, interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Above average Microsoft Product application usage
  • Understanding of change management principles, mythologies, tools 

Other Skills / Certification:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical training skills focused on instructional design and delivery
  • Multitasking skills and detailed oriented who works well independently yet collaboratively.  
  • SAP project implementation experience 
  • Previous data analysis experience
  • Previous training administration and/or delivery experience in a fast paced environment focused on deliverables
  • Nice to have: ASAP methodology familiarity

Deliverables: 

  • Meets deadlines within the set time constraints as required and directed by the 
  • OCM Manager; 
  • Creates stakeholder analysis that can be used by the program team as a “single” source of the truth with the supporting sustainment processes
  • Assists with special projects as requested and acts as backup for other 
  • personnel as required; 
  • Creates actionable change management and communications deliverables
  • Co-ordinates meetings, training sessions and stakeholder events with business and program team as required
  • Partners with Change Leads to ensure facilitation and feedback loops are responsive to the stakeholder needs
  • Tracks and maintains action and issues log

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
