Our client is  seeking an experienced SAP IS Oil Support Consultants ,you will play a critical role in providing technical and functional support for SAP IS Oil solutions related to RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operations) and Pricing. Your expertise in troubleshooting, configuration, and functional and technical user support will be essential in ensuring smooth operations.

Start Date: September, 2024
End Date:  December  2024   extension expected
Location: Calgary MT/ Remote/Hybrid – some ADHOC travel may be required 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA consultant, with a focus on IS Oil

• Experience with Implico SAP module for RFNO is considered an asset

• Knowledge of RFNO processes and Pricing strategies is considered an asset

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is required

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with end-users to understand their technical issues related to RFNO and pricing

• Investigate and resolve SAP IS Oil system errors, configuration issues, and data discrepancies

• Configure and customize SAP IS Oil modules to meet client needs

• Provide guidance on pricing strategies and system enhancements

• Assist in testing and deploying SAP updates and patches

• Inform and assist end-users on SAP functionality and best practices

• Train other consultants in IS-Oil functionality

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
