Job Description

Our Manitoba based client is kicking off an S4HANA Implementation project and requires a Senior S4HANA PP Production Planning (PTM) Lead Consultant.

Start: 1st-2nd week of Sept at the latest
Duration: 6-12 months 
Location: Winnipeg MN/ Largely Remote delivery /some Hybrid ADHOC travel  may be required 10-20%

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working with the SAP Production Planning (Discrete/Repetitive/Process Industry) as well as participation in full life cycle implementations (or equivalent experience) required.

  • 3-5 years of experience working with other SAP Plan to Manufacture modules such as QM, PM, EH&S, PPDS, IBP etc.

  • Lead experience in SAP Production Planning integration with: QM, PM, MM, SD, LE, TM, FI, CO, IBP/PPDS etc.

  • Expertise leading a diverse team of Plan to Manufacture consultant across the sub-modules within the stream.

  • Experience with SAP Fiori is preferred

  • 2+ years of Project lead experience that includes at least 1 full S/4 HANA project life-cycle in a lead role preferred

  • Lead experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements that can be understood by a technical process team.

  • Ability to drive the client to make difficult decisions during transformation programs, navigate complex business problems, and translate to SAP functional requirements.

  • Lead the development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology preferred.

  • Experience with SAP reporting and HANA live a plus.

  • Experience with: IM inventory management, direct and indirect procurement, AP account payable and EAM enterprise asset management.

  • A degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field (MBA or Business Undergraduate degree preferred).

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 7+ years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 6+ years of related work experience

  • SAP certification/s highly preferred

Key responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant/ Team Lead  with a focus in SAP S/4 HANA,

  • assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators 

Project Management :

  • Participated in large scale SAP client engagements.

  • Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget.

  • Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

  • Manage expectations of client service delivery.

  • Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.

  • Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis.

  • This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.
