Our Global client based in Calgary AB, requires a Sr Mgr, SAP S4HANA Functional Lead, with Record to Report Solution expertise to evolve their R2R solution and lead their Functional Team.

What you will bring:
Minimum 10 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals
Hands on functional experience working in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration to SD, MM & PP
Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger and Project Systems in MTO scenarios is required
FSCM experience although not mandatory would be considered a bonus
Proven leader that can build and lead a high performing team
Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Solution Architect
History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes
Proven ability of SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget
Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery
Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders
Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff
Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users
Outcome driven
Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
What you will do:
Grow and lead a high performing team of functional analysts and architects that will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to support the Solution / Record to Report business function
Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs
Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals
Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience
May be responsible for hands-on architecting and designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring integrity of design through to implementation
Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives
Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Record to Report space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices
Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the R2R space
Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and execution
Recruit, develop, and mentor team members
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
