Our Global client based in Calgary AB, requires a Senior SAP S4HANA Functional Solution Lead with Schedule to Deliver expertise.
Need is for a strong foundation in S2D Solution, hands on configurationfunctional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, LE
Candidates need to have in depth logistics and inventory management experience for outbound deliveries, stock transport orders, inbound deliveries.
Knowing in depth TM functionality is a preferred but depending on their understanding of basic TM and the integrations, it may not be required.
EWM experience is also a plus, but experience with inventory management or WM could waive this requirement.

What you will bring:
Minimum 15 years practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery
Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals
Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent
Hands on functional experience working in the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, LE
Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Functional Lead/Lead Architect
History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes
Experience in SAP development estimation and using best practices in SAP solution delivery
Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills with experience presenting and fielding questions from senior leaders
Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff
Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users

What you will do:
Own and drive SAP solutions to support Schedule to Deliver business function
Work either individually or alongside functional architects and analysts to design and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience
Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives
Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Schedule to Deliver space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices
Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, 3rd party providers on SAP initiatives
Work with senior business leaders to facilitate the business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs
Host and drive interactive working sessions with business stakeholders to achieve solution alignment such as blue printing, business confirmation, or testing workshops
Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the S2D space
Directly involved in optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and execution
Develop and mentor junior team members
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
