Main responsibilities
- Supervise and perform SAP FICO activities for all the SAP environments;
- Will ensure better practices are applied for SAP FICO and change management;
- Will ensure support has required coverage and that requests have fast and effective resolution;
- Will respond to the internal client’s requests;
- Will be the point of contact for escalation;
- Will supervise remote and on-premises SAP FICO team;
- Coach and mentor other team members and conduct knowledge sharing activities.
- 10 years of IT hands-on work-related FICO experience including a minimum of 3 years of experience in supervision of IT resources.
- Good understanding of the integration points between FI/CO module and other areas within SAP such as SD, MM, PM, and HR.
