What you’ll be doing:
Own your desk. Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closing. You’ll be speaking to SAP and IT experts daily, building relationships, and matching them with exciting projects globally.
Source creatively. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, DICE, Bullhorn, referrals, and your own instincts to find top-tier SAP talent.
Interview with intent. You’ll screen, vet, and guide candidates through our process, looking beyond keywords to understand who they are and what they want.
Partner up. You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team to understand client needs and deliver on challenging mandates.
Stay organized. Keep your pipeline sharp and your notes tighter. You’ll be logging details, updating candidate profiles, and managing multiple priorities at once.
What we’re looking for:
You’ve worked in recruitment, sales, or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Don’t have direct experience? No problem. If you’re eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
You’re goal-focused and driven by results. Pressure doesn’t faze you—it fuels you.
You’re a natural connector. You’re confident on the phone, ask the right questions, and know how to earn trust.
You’re organized and on it. Your notes are clear, follow-ups are prompt, and your CRM is always up to date.
You don’t need to know SAP — we’ll teach you. What matters is that you bring a student mentality: curious, coachable, and ready to learn fast and go deep.
