SAP Change Management/Training Specialist

Our Client is looking for a SAP Change Management/Training Specialist for a mid-term contract.
  • Candidate must be French/English bilingual
  • Must be able to travel within Canada
Start: May 22, 2018
End: Feb. 28, 2019
Duration: ~9 months
Location: Based in Toronto

Role
  • Work with the established team and vendor to develop and deliver the defined training required to support the implementation of the SAP solution
  • Develop and deliver required training for SAP implementation to over 700 internal end users and up to 248 external stakeholders (dealers and staff)
  • Support other change and training activities, as required
  • Liaison with the program and business teams to analyse and synthesize detailed impact assessments and processes as it relates to the development of training material
  • Develop and deliver training as required by the program
  • Validate training materials with workstreams leads and Subject matter experts
  • Participate in train-the-trainer
Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience of ERP systems implementation methodology required. Knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Experience developing training materials related to ERP deployments (preferably SAP), including user guides, course slides, course exercises and supporting data, and quick reference guides
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver ERP related training to cross functional business units
  • Must be bilingual (English/French)
  • Ability to travel within Canada
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to think and act strategically while demonstrating strong analytical skills,
  • Ability to understand and synthesize detailed impact assessments and processes to support training development
  • Demonstrated innovation and creativity
  • Highly proficient with Word, Excel and Power Point and other social collaboration tools
  • Strong project management knowledge of approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • CPTM certification and /or Degree/diploma with a major in Human Resources or Organization Development desired

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
