Our Client is looking for a Senior SAP QA Analyst - CRM to fill a permanent position.

Role:
  • Actively participate in the planning, preparation and execution of effective test efforts for the SAP related projects
  • Provide test result walk-throughs for the project team
  • Primary liaison for testing expertise for business participants on business acceptance test support
  • Manage relationships with project team members, third party vendors/service partners, release teams and client areas as appropriate
  • Participate in improving QA processes to deliver good quality product by giving feedback on existing and newly introduced processes

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree
  • Hands-on knowledge of software development life cycle and project management life cycle
  • Sound knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, version control practices and defect management practices
  • Expert knowledge and experience in the SAP CRM Module. Hands-on participation in at least 2 large scale SAP implementations,
  • Hands on experience working with CRM IC Agent business functionalities, i.e. Business Partner, Interaction Record, Activities.
  • Experience and knowledge to test and verify CRM Marketing features - i.e. Campaign, Target Group, Marketing Permission
  • Experience with CRM functionalities in banking/ insurance domain is highly preferred.
  • Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices
  • Ability to identify and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders; can demonstrate ways to meet the diverse needs of the different interest groups
  • Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
  • Proficient in hand on testing of web services and file transfers. Mulesoft and SOAP UI knowledge are preferred
  • Experience with Software Bug Tracking and Reporting, and Test plan management tools
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
