Fieldglass / Ariba:
The SAP Fieldglass solution , more specifically the "Service contract monitoring" module and Ariba are positioned on the market to meet the need for goods and services contract management. However, the specificity of the field of construction and the differences in the way of doing things between our different groups forces us to review, based on best practices, the opportunities for harmonizing our processes while taking into account the most vanilla possible configuration of the solutions. Tasks
The services sought under the realization phase consist of, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Advisor to update detailed business processes;
- Analyze, prioritize business requirements;
- Collaborate with the project team in updating documentation for the development of use cases and a technology roadmap;
- Define and document required data in related interfaces and systems;
- Define and document test scenarios in collaboration with the project team and business experts;
- Participate in the implementation of changes to be made to business processes and work procedures;
- Participate in the definition of test cases and the performance of customer acceptance tests;
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the change strategy (communication, training, etc.).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a functional manager or business analyst;
- Demonstrated experience in at least one large-scale information systems development and implementation project;
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain management (contract management) and its optimization;
- Good experience in business process modeling and transformation;
- Experience with Agile approaches, such as SCRUM, DevOps an asset;
- Demonstrated experience with SAP procurement modules;
- Fieldglass and Ariba solutions;
- Good experience in supply chain processes;
- Good experience in planning and facilitating workshops with large groups (20 stakeholders);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French;
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different sectors;
- Good spirit of analysis and synthesis;
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Knowledge of the SAP Signavio tool an asset;
- Knowledge of the field of construction an asset;
- Knowledge of BPMN an asset .
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
