Our client is looking for a Bilingual Change Management Specialist
Duration: 9 months
Start date: ASAP
Bilingual: Yes- fluent in both French and English
Location: Montreal
Work Model: On-site
Contractor Need:
They ’re looking to bring on a Senior-level resource or Manager-level contractor to support the project. This individual will play a key role in helping drive organizational change initiatives and workforce transitions. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to support transformation activities, whether that’s around large-scale change strategies, organizational design, or HR transformation.

• Project management experience
• Work collaboratively in a team environment (knows when to lead and when to
follow)
• Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team
members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in excel,
PowerPoint, etc…
• High level of motivation and a self-starting attitude
• Ability to think outside of the box, thrive on new challenges
• Strong work ethic
• This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where
fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is
therefore a requirement of this role. While based in Montreal, this position will
interact with external and internal stakeholders both within and outside of Canada.
To qualify for the role you must have
• A bachelor's degree and approximately 5-8 years of related work experience; or a
graduate degree and approximately 4-6 years of related work experience
• A degree and/or master's degree with an emphasis in business, human resources,
psychology
• Approximately 4+ years of experience in providing advisory services in a number of
the following change enablement areas: change management, stakeholder
management, communications, organizational design, leadership development,
training, governance, workforce strategies, human resources transformation, talent
management and culture
