Our Client is looking for a Business Cutover Coordinator to work on their overall cutover plan and mock cutover activities.
Key Requirements:
1. Someone with 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, or IT Change Management roles.
2. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and approaches
3. Proficient in using project management software (e.g., MS Project)
4. Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and change management activities
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels

The Role description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying and documenting dependencies between technology and business cutover plans
- Documenting critical alignment actions between technology and business cutover plans
- Status reports of Business Cutover Plan
- Identifying risks and documenting risks and mitigation actions;
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or IT change management roles.
- Proven experience in managing complex cutover activities, including Post Merge Integration (PMI), large system Integration, and business application rollouts.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Project Management Skills:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and approaches.
- Proficient in using project management software (e.g., MS Project)
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all aspects of the cutover process are covered.
- Ability to perform rigorous validation to ensure successful cutover.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure cutover activities are completed within the stipulated timeline.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of enterprise IT systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and change management activities.
- Leadership and Communication:
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to develop and present detailed cutover plans and reports.
- Ability to quickly resolve problems and adapt to changes in the project timelines.
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and create contingency plans.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and communicate changes effectively.
- Experience in managing contractors involved in cutover activities.
- Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory):
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments)
- MS Office Suite
- MS PPM;
