Translates business needs into functional requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
Involved in configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment of solutions.
Supports requirement gathering, analysis, and prioritization.
Delivers user training and post-implementation support.
Requires 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst on ServiceNow.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, CSM, and integration concepts (APIs).
Able to multitask, solve complex problems, and work independently or in a team.
