  • Processus ITIL : Gestion des incidents, des problèmes et des demandes de service
  • Coordination, expérience ITIL et expérience de la gestion des incidents et des problèmes
  • ISTM : Outils pour la gestion des tickets SAP


Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
