Our Client is looking for a Workforce Software Consultant  to support configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of the Time & Attendance and Scheduling solution.

Start: January 5, 2025
End Date: 1 Year Contract.  Strong chance of a renewal of 6 months
Location: Vancouver, BC; Hybrid. 4 days in office, 1 day work from home.

Role Overview
Our Client is seeking an experienced WorkForce Software (WFS) Consultant to support configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of the Time & Attendance and Scheduling solution. This role partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and site operations globally to deliver reliable time-tracking, labour compliance, and payroll-ready data across multiple jurisdictions.

• Stable, optimized WFS configuration meeting site and corporate time-tracking needs.
• Accurate, reliable integrations producing clean time-to-payroll results.
• Clear documentation and empowered local administrators.
• Smooth deployment and continuous system improvement.

Responsibilities

    Configure and maintain WFS tools for recording work hours and managing shift assignments (pay rules, overtime, shifts, accruals, breaks, union rules).
  • Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and translation of business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Build and support integrations between WFS and SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, Payroll, and other systems.
  • Develop and maintain WFS reporting and dashboards ensuring accurate labour metrics, audit readiness, and operational insights.
  • Develop and implement testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support launch activities.
  • Fix configuration, data, and integration issues; provide ongoing production support and improvements.
  • Maintain documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to HR, Payroll, and site teams.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend system optimizations.

Qualifications

    5+ years hands-on experience with WorkForce Software, including configuration, integrations and reporting.
  • Certification: WFS Certification in Configuration / Integration Specialist and above is desirable.
  • Demonstrates understanding of workforce management processes: time rules, scheduling, compliance, shift patterns, accruals, union requirements.
  • Experience integrating WFS with HRIS/Payroll/ERP (SAP preferred) using APIs, middleware, or file-based interfaces.
  • Ability to analyze issues, manage data problem solving, and propose practical solutions.
  • Clear interpersonal skills; comfortable facilitating workshops and collaborating with multi-functional teams.
  • Experience delivering system changes through full implementation cycles (requirements to release).
  • Proficiency in Spanish is considered an asset.
