Job Description

Our Client is looking for an SAP Cutover Lead to join a large scale brownfield S/4HANA inflight implementation for the build phase .

Start Date: September 2025
Duration: 1 year. Planned project duration is 2 years.
Location: Remote /Winnipeg,
Project: Public Sector S/4HANA transformation.
Job Requirements:  Develop & Manage Cutover Plans

The SAP Cutover Lead will be responsible for: 

  • The planning, coordination, and execution of the transition from SAP ECC to the S/4HANA environment.
  • Creating detailed cutover plans, managing data migration, coordinating across teams, and ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations. 
  • Handle risk mitigation, communication, and post-cutover support. 
  • Develop and manage the overall cutover strategy, plan, and detailed execution roadmap, including defining cutover scope, timelines, and resource requirements. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum  8+ years experience as SAP Cutover Lead
  • Strong understanding of SAP core modules and their integration points.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP implementations and cutover activities. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members. 
  • Strong leadership skills required
  • Should have Solution Lead experience 

  • Public Sector/Govt experience is preferred.
