Our Client is looking for a Blue Yonder Order Management Specialist to join as a permanent employee.
Start: April 2026
Location: Downtown Toronto
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 4 days per week onsite, mandatory
Salary Range: $110K - $140K
Role:
The Blue Yonder Order Management Specialist will:
- Lead the configuration and implementation of Blue Yonder Order Management System (OMS) and Adaptive Fulfillment and Warehousing (AFW) to support order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment.
- Ensure seamless integration between Blue Yonder solutions and other enterprise systems, such as SAP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
- Develop and maintain documentation for functional designs, configurations, and processes.
- Support the implementation of Blue Yonder solutions as part of the transformation program.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand order management and workforce management processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement best practices to optimize order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and workforce productivity.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to address business needs.
- Champion process standardization and automation to support the organization’s transformation program.
- Direct the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Blue Yonder solutions.
- Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and alignment with business requirements.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve defects during the testing phase to ensure error-free delivery.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and adhere to quality standards.
- Manage functional support for Blue Yonder OMS solutions, including issue resolution and troubleshooting.
- Provide guidance and training to end-users on system-related inquiries and functionalities.
About You
- Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, IT or related experience
- 5+ years of experience in Blue Yonder OMS, including configuration, implementation and support or similar role with expertise in Order Management System (OMS)
- Experience in integrating Blue Yonder solutions with SAP or other enterprise systems.
- Blue Yonder Certified Specialist – Order Management System.
- Proficiency in configuring and supporting Blue Yonder solutions.
- Familiarity with Blue Yonder integration tools, APIs and MuleSoft.
- Experience with integrations to Adobe commerce and/or Magento.
- Knowledge of supply chain and workforce management best practices.
- Experience with Agile project and product methodologies.
- Ability to be onsite in Toronto, ON 4 days per week.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
