Our client is looking to hire a SAP BTP Developer for a full-time permanent role. We have exclusivity on this role.

Start date: Immediate
Work schedule: 2 days on site (Tue/Wed) downtown Montreal

Front-end:
Full-stack, Fiori, UI5 – a must
odata, javascript, ABAP Cloud – nice to have

Back-end - Java, python  

Responsibilities:

• Develop new technical solutions and maintain existing technical solutions using the SAP Enterprise Technology Platform (BTP);
• Create and run unit tests;
• Development of customized SAP ABAP solutions on S/4HANA and SAP BTP using the RAP model
• Develop and troubleshoot user interfaces in HTML, JavaScript and SAP UI5;
• Monitor and optimize application performance;
• Leverage SAP CAP and HANA CDS expertise to develop innovative cloud applications, interoperable with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Responsible for managing the application lifecycle;
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify needs, resolve issues and provide technical training.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field;
• More than 5 years of development experience;
• Good experience with Java, Node.js and Python
• More than 2 years of experience in developing, testing and deploying solutions with BTP SAP;
• Deep skills in ABAP CDS views, the RESTful Application Programming (RAP) model, and Clean-core development principles
• Experiences with SAP Cloud, HANA, HANA CDS and other SAP cloud platforms;
• Knowledge of HTML, XML and JavaScript;
• Knowledge of CAP/HANA CDS
• Significant experience in writing codes and technical documentation;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
