Our client is looking for a SAP MRS Functional Analyst
Start date: Between December 1, 2024 and January 15, 2025 Duration: 12-month Remote work

CANDIDATE MUST BE BASED IN QUEBEC
Responsibilities:
Ensure the consistency and integration of business processes during their optimization;
Perform detailed analyses of business process requirements and document them;
Identify gaps between business needs and SAP and identify palliative solutions or workarounds, as needed;
Carry out the SAP configuration and document the changes required according to the chosen methodology;
Design, customize, configure and test SAP modules;
Identify gaps, problems and alternatives;
Investigate, analyze and resolve SAP issues for problem resolution;
Proactively identify and propose improvements to the system;
Provide advisory services on new settlements and existing support projects;
Assess the feasibility and measure the profitability and benefits of the change requests (DDCs) under his/her responsibility;
Act as an intermediary between the business functions and the technical team;
Write functional specifications;
Support, and sometimes take charge, of the management of incidents and anomalies;
Act as a facilitator during team meetings and workshops;
Participate in various committees such as the Solution Change Advisory Committee (SAAC) and the Architecture Committee;
Monitor SAP solutions/modules in order to maximize the use of standard SAP features;
Ensure the compliance of processes related to the Business Process Hierarchy (BPH);
Provide training and user support.
Requirements:
Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology;
Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in information systems and information technology management in the various fields of SAP;
Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in carrying out various mandates in the development and evolution of application systems;
In the last five (5) years, have completed a maximum of five (5) relevant mandates, carrying out activities and deliverables listed above for this profile and for the module specified in the title for this profile
Over the past five (5) years, have completed a minimum of three (3) relevant mandates aimed at integrating several solutions into a complex and innovative application portfolio;
In the last five (5) years, have completed a minimum of two (2) mandates, requiring the adaptation of native features of an SAP to the context of the organization's business domain.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
