SAP Change Coordinator

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Advise management on establishing priorities for implementing technological and application changes, taking into account the circumstances that lead to these changes and considering the need to achieve service objectives over a given period;
- Advise change leaders (project managers and those responsible for improvement and maintenance work) and guide them to facilitate the implementation of their projects;
- Plan, organize and lead integration workshops bringing together change leaders (project managers and those responsible for improvement and maintenance work) when conflicts are detected;
- Monitor the implementation of changes;
- Control the implementation of emergency changes by collaborating with major incident coordinators, while respecting agreements with customers;
- Intervene with the different sectors to promote the implementation of projects on the planned date;
- Ensure a permanent liaison between the project office, the change leaders and the members of the Change Management Committee;
- Coach change leaders in their use of the “Integrated Change Plan”;
- Adapt change management processes to take into account changes in all technological components that contribute to providing operational services.
- Analyze strategic information relating to changes (communication plan, implementation strategy, etc.);
- Produce process performance indicators for management, identify gaps, make recommendations and monitor their application;
- Lead regular meetings of the Change Management Committee;
- Lead the monthly meetings of the Statutory Committee for Medium-Term Changes;
- Produce the annual calendar of changes;
- Ensure the publication of the weekly agenda for clients;
- Process changes in the different tools (Solution Manager (SOLMAN) and Remedy).
- Plan, carry out, monitor and control the activities necessary to achieve the mandate;
- Propose and recommend improvements to the tools, monitoring strategy and Change Management process.
Have at least eight (8) years of experience in IT
Have SAP S/4 experience
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
