- SF EC Benefits Lead to support new inflight implementation
- Minimum SAP SF Benefits Experience 3-6 Years
- Customer facing , strong communication skills
- Comfortable leading workshops and design review sessions, UAT, Testing, Training , SCRUM sessions, Integration, Cutover
- Canada Benefits experience is an advantage
- Work in alignment with EC and ECP leads
- Experience working with offshore teams and leading where required
- SF Associate level Certification required
Must have Work Authorization for Canada or the US
