Our Client is looking for an SAP FICO and Concur Functional Analyst to join as a permanent employee.
Start: April 2026
Location: Downtown Toronto
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 4 days per week onsite, mandatory
Salary range: $120K - $140K
Role:
The SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and Concur Functional Analyst will:
- Lead the analysis of business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications for SAP FICO and Concur solutions.
- Design and configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Spearhead the configuration and support of Concur solutions for expense management and travel processes.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO, Concur, and other SAP/non-SAP systems to maintain operational efficiency.
- Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement best practices to optimize financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP FICO and Concur solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality.
- Deliver functional support for SAP FICO and Concur modules, including issue resolution and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related experience
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst with expertise in FICO modules.
- Experience with Concur configuration, support, expense management and travel solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO and Concur, including implementation and support. .
- SAP Certified (SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting and/or Management Accounting)
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.
- Experience with SAP integrations (example idocs)
- Familiarity with software solutions from Adobe, Blue Yonder, GK Software, Manhattan Associates, Microsoft, Mirakl, Opterus, Pegasystems, SAP, and SFDC.
- Experience with S/4 HANA modules including Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Transportation Management.
- Experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms.
- Concur certification, PMP (Project Management Professional), or ITIL certification
- Knowledge of SAP integration tools and technologies
- Experience with Agile project product methodologies.
- Able to be onsite in Toronto, ON 4 days per week.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
