Job Description
Our Calgary based Global SAP client requires an SAP Fieldglass Func/Techo Business Analyst for a 1 year term/ Remote delivery. They require experience in solving business problems, FG requirements gathering , configuration, customization, testing S&S. It is a business centric functional configuration role.
You will be an adaptable and resourceful and deliver in an agile manor. Working effectively and efficiently, whether working independently, as a team member or as a team leader as part of a multidisciplinary team to Plan, Design, develop and implement comprehensive business solutions in response to business needs.
Start Date: February 13, 2023
End Date: February 08, 2024
Location: Remote / Calgary AB
Experience
• 8+ years’ experience required
• Experience building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• ERP Experience is an asset - Oracle and SAP ECC & Ariba
• Experience working with SAP Fieldglass or similar Vendor Management System (VMS) required
•University degree or college diploma relevant to business analysis or equivalent education and experience.
R&R
• Understand requirements and design Fieldglass configurations to meet those requirements.
• Support with configuration and customization of Fieldglass modules
• Test and validate Fieldglass configurations to ensure they meet requirements.
• Provide knowledge transfer to Fieldglass office on how to use Fieldglass.
• Provide ongoing support to Fieldglass Office to ensure they are able to use Fieldglass effectively.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as project managers and developers, to ensure successful Fieldglass implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the Fieldglass implementation process.
• Stay up-to-date with new Fieldglass features and functionalities, and recommend them to clients as appropriate.
• Work with client's IT team to ensure that Fieldglass is integrated with other systems as needed.
• Responsible for identifying system enhancements, preparing documentation, testing instance enhancements, and implementing them in Production.
• Perform functional and analytical/ data-driven analysis of specific business areas and develop technology alternatives and recommendations.
• Work with IT to set up, manage, and troubleshoot integrations working with internal and external partner teams.
• Detailed assessment of functionalities in each module of the application.
• Hands-on experience with an emphasis on cloud-based software implementation or integration.
• Provide technical oversight of the entire implementation process and ensure it is completed on time and within budget.
• Train staff and users to work with applications, systems and/or programs.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high demand environment.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
