Our client is looking for an SAP Finance Business Process Owner Duration: 18 months Location: must be based in either Cambridge, Ontario, Paris, France or Catanduva, Brazil WORKING CONDITIONS: International - travels up to 70%
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proposes designs aligned with best practices and industry standards, builds and implements an end-to-end vision for the entire process of recording accounting transactions and the resulting financial reporting of the results. This includes setting up and managing the associated master data records for finance – General Ledger accounts, suppliers, customers and employees, financial analytics – linked with the system of origin in each case. It includes optimizing the process of transaction recording for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data. Finally, it includes designing and implementing the processes for producing financial statements and analytical reports as per the needs of the business. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma or MBA Experience:
Minimum 10 years of related experience.
Pharmaceutical or medical device preferred
Proficiency in English; French (written and oral) is an asset.

Ability to have a helicopter view (discussion with executives) and a very tactical view (discussion with front line workers e.g. material handler)
