Job Description

Our client is looking for a SAP Functional Analyst (Logistic / Supply Chain) for a permanent position.

Location: Quebec City Area, QC or Brockville, ON
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite
Start Date: ASAP
Language Requirement: Bilingual (French/English) preferred; English-only candidates considered for Ontario
Travel: Occasional (approx. once every 3 months)

Position Summary

  • We are looking for a hands-on SAP Business Analyst with experience in one or more of the following modules: MM, PP, PM, and QM. The successful candidate will analyze business needs, configure and test SAP solutions, and support super users in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Improve operational processes through SAP best practices
  • Analyze and document business requirements for enhancements or process changes
  • Configure, test, and validate SAP solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Support daily operations and respond to application support requests
  • Contribute to user training and maintain training materials

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA
  • Expertise in at least one (ideally two) of the following modules: MM, PP, PM, QM
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is required
  • Familiarity with ABAP, IDOC, Batch Input, RFC, and OSS Notes is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated to grow into a leadership position


Work Authorization

  • Must have valid work authorization for Canada.
