Our Client is looking for an SAP CAR, PMR, OPPS Functional Analyst to join as a permanent employee.
Start: April 2026 Location: Downtown Toronto Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 4 days per week onsite, mandatory Salary Range: $130K - $145K
Role:
The SAP CAR/PMR/OPPS Functional Analyst will:
Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP CAR, PMR, UDF, OPP & OPPS modules to meet complex business requirements.
Collaborate with and guide business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Design and oversee the creation of functional specifications for system enhancements and customizations to meet evolving business needs.
Direct and execute system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solution performance.
Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with the organization’s overall objectives and strategic goals of the division.
Analyze and evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement using SAP solutions.
Recommend and implement process standardization and automation strategies across all lines of business to drive efficiency.
Take ownership of providing ongoing support for SAP CAR, PMR, UDF, OPP & OPPS modules, addressing system issues and user inquiries.
Monitor and enhance system performance by resolving technical issues in collaboration with IT teams.
Facilitate and lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related experience
5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP modules, including CAR, PMR, UDF, OPP & OPPS.
Proven experience in business process optimization and workflow design using SAP solutions.
Experience in system integration, configuration, and testing.
Experience working on large-scale transformation programs
Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration with third-party systems.
SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SAP CAR, PMR, or OPP & OPPS).
ITIL certification or other relevant certifications in IT service management are preferred.
Knowledge of other software solutions such as Adobe, Blue Yonder, GK Software, Manhattan Associates, Microsoft, Mirakl, Opterus, Pegasystems, SFDC.
Familiarity with data governance and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience with Agile product methodologies.
Able to be onsite in Toronto, ON 4 days per week.
