Position: SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Compensation
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (hybrid; onsite 3 days/week)
Focus: Drives modernization of HR systems (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors) and improves employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- 50% ECC and 50% SuccessFactors Compensation
- Serve as a systems expert and product owner for HR technologies
- Support SAP ECC HCM (PA, Benefits) and SuccessFactors Compensation
- Manage system escalations, process improvements, and change initiatives
- Collaborate across IT, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver HR tools
- Leverage data analytics to inform improvements and track value
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in HRIS/system configuration roles, ideally with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of HR data, integration, and implementation methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
Must have work authorization for the United States.
