Job Summary
You will lead the strategy, evolution, and stability of the HR Technology ecosystem, ensuring platforms enable talent processes in an efficient, scalable, and reliable way across the business.
You will act as a key partner between IT and HR, connecting business needs with robust technology solutions, driving HR digital transformation, and ensuring a stable, efficient, and results-oriented operation.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead the evolution of the HR Technology ecosystem, defining and executing the roadmap for platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, LMS) and UKG/Kronos Dimensions.
You will ensure operational stability and functional/technical support across HR platforms, guaranteeing service continuity and high availability levels.
You will define standards, best practices, and technical/functional guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
You will act as the connection point between HR and IT, translating business needs into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
You will lead relationships with technology vendors, managing performance, KPI compliance, and budget control.
You will drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
You will manage internal and external teams, developing capabilities and ensuring consistent execution.
You will ensure seamless integration between HR platforms and other corporate systems, guaranteeing data integrity and operational continuity.
You will monitor key KPIs related to platform performance, adoption, support, and availability, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Job Requirements
Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, allowing you to understand both business needs and technology environments.
+7 years of experience managing HR Technology platforms and integrations, essential to ensure stability, scalability, and continuous evolution.
Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, LMS), UKG/Kronos, and frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or SAP Activate, enabling strong governance and efficient platform execution.
Experience leading functional and technical teams, critical to managing complex operations and delivering results through others.
The ability to connect business and technology, translating HR needs into effective and sustainable solutions.
Strong results orientation and KPI management skills, necessary to drive platform performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Advanced English proficiency, important for collaborating in regional and global environments.
