Our client is looking for a SAP IBP Analyst/Coordinator for a full-time perm position.

Start date: Jan 2025

As a Planning Coordinator, you will play an essential role in optimizing the supply chain using SAP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

You will be responsible for balancing demand, production and inventories across SAP IBP, ensuring customer service objectives are met while maximizing plant efficiencies.

Your role will include the development of the short and medium term master production plan, detailed inventory analysis and management of promotional volumes, relying on SAP to quickly adjust to fluctuations in demand.

You will work closely with the Demand Management team and plants, using SAP tools to monitor and improve procurement processes, while maintaining effective governance of the standard process.

Responsibilities:

Establish the master, short and medium term production plan for the plants under his responsibility;

Collaborate with the demand management team and plants to produce the supply plan and track variances;

React on a daily basis to adjustments in demand and fluctuations in order to make the required adjustments;

Manage the allocation of promotional volumes according to the available production capacities of the plants to deliver demand on time while optimizing costs;

Coordinate and monitor the corrective and improvement actions necessary to meet our standards and objectives;

Establishes the master, short and medium-term production plan for the plants under his responsibility, including a rigorous and detailed analysis of the state of inventories and current commercial projects.

Ensure good communication with other functions in order to achieve the desired service levels;

Ensure sound governance of the standard procurement process and actively participate in all activities related to our internal operating system;

Requirements:

Hold a bachelor's degree in operations and logistics management or other training deemed relevant;

Have a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in the food industry;

Minimum two (2) years of experience in SAP and IBP;

Oral and written bilingualism (English and French) - Frequent communications with partners, clients and/or employees outside Quebec.

Must have work authorization in the country where this job is located.
