Description:
To support our technological transformation towards SAP, the main mandate of the SAP Integration Business Analyst will be to coordinate and carry out key activities impacting the strategy of the interim phase, whether in the design phase or the deployment phase of an SAP implementation project.
Responsibilities:
Own the interim solution(s)
Act as a bridge between the new system decision and the impact on the interim process
Adapt interim solutions up to the design phase of the final solution
Manage testing activities for interim solutions and interfaces, as well as enhancements, regressions, etc.
Support process harmonization between sites and alignment with the standard solution.
Collaborate with various stakeholders (sites, integrator, third parties, various functions, etc.) throughout the implementation process.
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the way the interim is designed to facilitate SAP implementation
Participate in the construction of training material and deliver training to new users.
Support end-users throughout our intensive support and interim period
Participate in design or resolution meetings by identifying stakeholders and guiding discussions to decisions.
Requirements:
Related university degree
Experience in ERP or complex system process mapping
Experience in distribution, production or marketing
Expertise in process improvement or standardization management
Experience in SAP ERP implementation
Bilingual (French, English)Mandatory - Discussion with various stakeholders across Canada
Must have work authorization in the country where this job is located.
