Description:
The position is part of a transformation project led by the deployment of SAP/MFG and new standardized manufacturing processes in our Canadian plants.
The SAP/MES Process Transformation Business Analyst will participate in the design of the new SAP solution, more specifically the MES module, as well as its deployment on site.
The main mandate will be to coordinate and carry out key activities, whether in the design or deployment phase. He will have to change current processes to adapt them to the new SAP solution.
Responsibilities:
Support test activities and defect resolution in collaboration with technical and plant teams.
Coordinate design or resolution meetings by identifying stakeholders and guiding discussions to reach decisions Document and track identified actions.
Identify business process improvement opportunities. Add value to SAP and MES implementation.
Collaborate with local stakeholders (mechanics, engineers, electricians, programmers) to optimize MES implementation and ensure optimal start-up.
Support process harmonization between sites and alignment with the standard solution.
Take ownership of the solution in assigned processes.
Participate in building training materials and train new users.
Identify opportunities for improvement in the way processes are deployed for new users.
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time.
Requirements:
College or University degree required and/or related experience.
Relevant or combined experience in production, engineering, maintenance or operational improvement in a manufacturing environment in the agri-food industry. In dairy products, an asset.
Relevant experience in personnel or change management.
Expertise in process improvement or standard management.
General proficiency with IT tools.
Previous experience in MES and SAP implementation is an asset.
Available to travel between 30-50% of the time.
Bilingual (French, English) - Close communication with various stakeholders across Canada.
Must have work authorization in the country where this job is located.
