Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Senior SAP MM/LE Functional Consultant to join as a permanent employee.

Start: ASAP (March 2023)
Location: Toronto. 

Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and manage the configuration and development of SAP S4 enhancements and guide business stakeholders in Procurement and Logistics Execution.

Responsibilities Include:

Business Process Improvement
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and design session with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support to offshore team in support of minor enhancements and production support.
  • Configure, Develop, and Test solutions in support of Procure-to-Pay and Logistics Execution business processes.

Implementation of new SAP functionality
  • Facilitate Business Requirements Gathering through workshops and interviews with business experts.
  • Work closely with end users to ensure a common understanding of day-to-day activities.
  • Prepare and maintain SAP business process documentation.
  • Configure, Develop, and Test solutions in support of Procure-to-Pay and Logistics Execution business processes.
  • Facilitate Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Prepare Cut-over Plan where necessary.
  • Perform/Monitor all cut-over activities in preparation for Go-Live.

Production Support
  • Support all business units globally on SAP issues.
  • Support and provide guidance to offshore production support team.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a MM Functional Analyst.
  • SAP functional expertise in MM and LE: Materials Management, Extended Warehouse Management, Inter-Company Process, Returns and 3rd-party Process, Output Determination, ATP and Product Allocation, integration with FI and other modules.
  • SAP technical experience: Know CATT/LSMW, Familiar with User-Exits/BADIs and other enhancements available; Capable of working with developer in the area of Smart Forms, ALE, EDI-Mapping, and Interfaces.
  • A University Computer Science or Business Commerce degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills essential.
  • Experience working various EDI message types with 3rd Party Logistics partners – both Warehouses and Freight Forwards.
  • Experience working with the following applications is useful; MS SharePoint, Speed quote, Gentran, Informatica, SAP BI, CPI, and BTP

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
