Job Description

Addmore Group is seeking a SAP Business Analyst with extensive functional expertise in Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Plant Maintenance (PM) to play a key role in supporting and optimizing a complex SAP ECC 6.0 environment.

This senior-level position sits within a high-performing SAP Center of Excellence and will be instrumental in leading SAP-driven business process improvements across multiple manufacturing sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, implementation, and optimization of SAP MM, PP, and PM modules to support global manufacturing operations.

  • Serve as the functional liaison between IT and operational teams across plants, ensuring business needs are translated into effective SAP solutions.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP solutions, including configuration, testing, documentation, and user training.

  • Support and enhance existing SAP processes related to procurement, inventory, production, and maintenance.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in SAP Material Master data governance and integration with related modules.

  • Contribute to cross-functional integration, particularly between MM-FI, PP-WM-SD, and PM-MM-CO.

  • Collaborate with other system stakeholders to ensure SAP interfaces seamlessly with MES, IoT/OT platforms, and other key systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.

  • 8+ years of hands-on SAP Business Analyst experience, specifically in MM with strong working knowledge of PP and PM.

  • Deep experience with SAP ECC 6.0; exposure to S/4HANA is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record in manufacturing or industrial environments.

  • Strong understanding of business process mapping, system configuration, and functional documentation.

  • Experience with equipment master data and integration with MES or OT/IoT systems is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, including enhancements, support, and project work.
