Our client has a requirement for an SAP Manufacturing Lead
Start Date: October 27, 2025
End Date: July 31, 2026
Location: Work is hybrid, with a couple visits to client site to be planned for the remainder of 2025, and presence on site expected in 2026 during test phase (3x 3-week periods between January and April)
Skills Required:
- French language is a MUST
- SAP Roll-out experience
- Functional SAP PP, QM, PM (not all modules required, at least one of them
- Ability to understand functional specifications and test cases
- Ability to lead a team (onshore and offshore resources)
- Be a good team player – works well in a team
- Ability to produce team progress report
- Communication skills are a MUST
- Ability to support key users during testing and go Live preparation
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis is required
- Intermediate proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Quality Management, and SAP PP
- SFC Production Orders is recommended.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for advising, leading, and working on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle
- Your role will involve providing advisory work for the IT function itself, ensuring that the team collaborates effectively and manages decisions that impact project outcomes
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Analyze project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
