Our client is looking for an SAP OpenText extended ECM Specialist.
Start date: Between December 1, 2024 and January 15, 2025 Duration: 12-month with strong possibility for an extension Remote work

Responsibilities:
Support architects and functional analysts in the output document solution;
Advise on extended ECM product features for SAP solutions and new releases (patches);
Advise managers on the strategic use of digital services in the integrated SAP and OpenText solution;
Define and evolve principles and guidelines related to enterprise architecture in the context of systems and applications;
Develop and evolve the SAP architecture integration strategy - OpenText;
Participate in the definition of the roadmap for the evolution of the SAP - OpenText solution;
Position projects and solution developments in an overall perspective;
Guide potential solutions;
Participate in the work organization architecture of the user client and operating client, data architecture and technological architecture (via design and validation workshops);
Participate in the integration of the various aspects (work organization, processing, technology and information);
Provide functional support (dissemination, outreach, advice, etc.) to project teams with respect to architecture and functional orientations;
Provide first-level technological support (dissemination, popularization, advice, etc.) to project teams with respect to technological and operational aspects;
Support developers, architects and product owners (POs);
Advise on product features and new versions (patches);
Knowledge of the integration of ECM in SAP;
Advise on the configuration of the various Content server interfaces (smartview, personal space, RM view);
Advise on the integration of the Office suite and Content server.
Below is the list of the main deliverables that may be produced:
Functional Specifications;
Test specifications, test reports and test sets;
Any other documentation required by the Company's development process and SAP – OpenText standards;
Overview of the ECM solution integrated with the Company's solution;
Documentation of the overall solution
Requirements:
Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology as a document vault expert, including at least five (5) years with the OpenText solution in an SAP environment;
Over the past five (5) years, have completed a maximum of five (5) relevant mandates in the implementation of the activities and deliverables listed above for this profile, in organizations of comparable size to that of the Corporation;
Demonstrate, through a minimum of two (2) relevant engagements within the last five (5) years, a use of enterprise content management principles, including document management, records management, document lifecycle management, information governance, and compliance requirements;
Demonstrate, through at least two (2) relevant mandates in the last five (5) years, a use of other OpenText products such as Business Center, Document Presentment, Document Pipeline that have a point of contact with the vault in an SAP environment;
Demonstrate, through at least one (1) relevant mandate within the last five (5) years, a mastery of security principles and best practices for xECM solutions, including role-based access controls involving OTDS;
Demonstrate, through at least one (1) relevant mandate within the last five (5) years, knowledge of ABAP development.
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
