Job Description:

  • As an Organizational Change lead, you will be expected to lead the delivery of the Organizational Change Management framework, methodology, change, communication, and training strategy for the ERP transformation.
  • We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for the S/4HANA transformation program.
  • The OCM Lead will play a critical role in shaping and executing the change strategy, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, informed, and empowered throughout the implementation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy for the S/4HANA program, aligning with project goals and business objectives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, including impact assessments, communications, and feedback channels.
  • Design and deliver targeted communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed of program progress, changes, and benefits.
  • Oversee training initiatives to ensure end-users are equipped to leverage S/4HANA capabilities effectively.
  • Manage resistance and drive adoption through tailored interventions and support mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and IT to integrate change management activities with overall project delivery, ensuring change activities are embedded within the integrated plan that includes both Business and IT activities
  • Oversee and report on change management metrics, success, and areas for improvement, ensuring centralized coordination of OCM artifacts, reporting, and execution tools to provide visibility and support delivery
  • Facilitate workshops, town halls, and other engagement activities to foster a culture of change readiness.
  • Ensure alignment and integration across OCM, Communication, Training, and Business Readiness activities, coordination sequencing, dependencies and readiness checkpoints to support successful adoption and go-live

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in large-scale ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA experience highly desirable).
  • Proven track record of leading change initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse groups.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on change effectiveness. Preferred Skills · SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Experience in global organizations or multi-site transformations.
  • Project management experience or certification

Education/Accreditation/Technical Expertise:

  • Prosci certified, University degree
