Our Client is looking for an SAP Outage Support Consultant

The Outage Support Services lead role is a customer service-oriented role that will function as the supervisor of a dynamic team built to address the set-up and maintenance of master data within SAP and with the administrative activities needed to ensure appropriate personnel assignments and contract details for payroll processing and invoice creation.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who understands how to guide, support, and assess team members with various levels of experiences and skills related to the function, while also learning new concepts and processes quickly.  The leader must be an excellent communicator across functions and organization hierarchies and be comfortable collaborating with others to get to the best outcome. 
The role will require the following skills:
  • SAP Bid to Bank related functionality, including the access and review of Sales Orders and Releases, creation and management of Projects, and reporting related to project costs, revenue and profitability.
  • Custom Processes understanding, application, assessment, and design, as needed to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the Bid to Bank process and the Outage Support Services team.
  • Leadership: Ability to set clear expectations for performance and hold others accountable for personal performance.  Can coach and mentor team members to meet expectations.
  • Proactive: Ability to identify issues and work towards resolution, reach out to get details without hesitation, or pick up the phone to make a call.  Removes barriers so that the team can be successful.
