Job Description

Our client has a requirement for an SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Business Analyst
Duration: 12-month contract, target start date November 11th   
Location: Calgary, Alberta
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8 hrs./day (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • At least 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity
  • Direct working experience or project experience in business areas or functions
  • Oil &Gas/Energy industry experience would be considered an asset
  • Organization and relationship building skills
  • Highly effective communicator
  • Displays emotional intelligence; demonstrates self-awareness and remains calm under pressure
  • ERP implementation experience
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Seasoned SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Business Analyst, experienced in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), business process transformation, implementation, and support.
  • Experienced working on SAP PM implementations in SAP ECC and having experience working in SAP S/4HANAwith SAP Fiori would be an advantage.
  • Experienced working with cross functional technical team in Oil & Gas, with proven skillset of creating value from business requirement gathering, documentation and business process modeling. Preference will be given to candidates with SAP Signavio BPM modeling experience.
  • Experienced working with EAM related business processes that are managed using connected applications such as Prometheus Web (Planning & Scheduling and STO) and Primavera P6, among others.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the modernization of software customizations, integrations and implementation of any included new functionalities
  • Lead and participate in process reviews (or creation or updating of associated documentation) working with stakeholders and the creation of requirements documentation
  • Participate in standards and process creation, reviews, updates, development and documentation as well as deliver in standards, policies or process education and awareness
  • Develop requirements specifications and business design documentation
  • Perform initial Data QA / completeness checks on finalized functional design documents
