Provide expert support for SAP Project Systems/PPM modules during hypercare, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and defects.
Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to project accounting, cost management, and portfolio reporting.
Monitor system performance and stabilize end-to-end Finance and Project processes post go-live, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Support knowledge transfer and documentation of fixes/enhancements to enable smooth transition to steady-state operations. #LI-remote
