Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Resource Scheduling for HANA (RSH) Consultant for a perm position

What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP RSH projects, ensuring on time, on budget execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in pre-sales activities with customers to support for potential SAP opportunities and provide input into creating detailed Statements of Work.
- Lead workshops as the subject matter expert for RSH business processes.
- Support customers in the installation and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management for Resource Scheduling to plan and dispatch maintenance tasks.
- Work closely with customers to create schedules, simulate workloads, level capacity, and assign technicians based on skills and availability.
- Develop training materials and guide users (planners, technicians) on RSH functionality.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience in SAP EAM or related SAP modules.
- At least 2+ years implementing SAP MRS or SAP RSH.
- Functional knowledge of SAP PM including managing work orders, work centers, maintenance plans, and personnel numbers.
- Familiarity with the IPSECA model and maintenance business processes.
- In depth knowledge of maintenance industry best practices around planning, scheduling and dispatching.
- Consulting experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in technical area preferred
- Experience with SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM) is a plus.
