Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Solutions, the job is responsible for:
Maintaining and evolving all aspects of an assigned portfolio of business applications. This includes monitoring and mitigating risks to ensure that the systems and applications are meeting business and technical objectives.
Delivering technical support which includes the development, configuration, testing, implementation, integration and management of the systems and applications.
Working with internal clients, and other members of the IT Team, as needed, to implement and support the delivery of new services and provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical support.
Serve as the IT escalation point for the assigned portfolio, from the perspective of mitigating risks, following through on action items, issues, and decisions
Education and Experience (the minimum level)
Post-secondary diploma or its equivalent in information and communication technologies or computing science is required.
5+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated mastery in system administration and support is required.
3 + years of experience with SAP Basis is required.
Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration including system installation, configuration, and maintenance
Working knowledge of HANA Database administration
Working understanding of SAP architecture and integration with other SAP Components
Experience of leading & executing SAP S/4 HANA and Fiori upgrades/patching
Experience in Security Design, Customization, Implementation and Auditing of SAP Roles and Authorization (S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, SAC etc.) is required.
Working knowledge and experience with utilizing Agile development methodologies is an asset.
Working knowledge of computing environments, trends and market players is an asset.
Should be able maintain excellent documentation skills while performing production support activities is an asset.
