Our Edmonton area client is looking to hire an Intermediate level SAP S4HANA FICO Functional Analyst , who has Implementation and/or Support & Sustainment experience in S4HANA, FICO- GL, AP, AR, TR, Costing & Fiori Tiles . Experience in SuccessFactors is a PLUS. You’ll have excellent communication skills, to engage with the business and Solution/SI partners. Key requirements
- S4HANA experience is a MUST have. Implementation or Support & Sustainment
- #1 FICO solution experience - GL, AP, AR, Costing, TR, Reporting
- #2- SF SuccessFactors experience is a PLUS (Year end, T4, Job Codes, FICO integration to SF). Must be open to open to learning SF/cross module support..
- FICO /SF configuration experience can be low >high level. It’s preferred the candidate has some configuration experience.
- FIORI Tile experience
- Excellent communication skills and documentation skills (will coordinate/ work with the business and solution /SI partners )
- Good Requirements gathering experience
- Open to learning new solutions, a go getter, multitasking
- Willing to learn and provide cross functional solution support
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Solutions, the job is responsible for:
- Maintaining and evolving all aspects of an assigned portfolio of FICO/SF business applications. This includes monitoring and mitigating risks to ensure that the solutions are meeting business and technical objectives.
- Delivering functional support which includes the development, configuration, testing, implementation, integration and management of the systems and applications.
- Working with internal clients, and other members of the IT Team, as needed, to implement and support the delivery of new services and provide ongoing troubleshooting and functional support.
- Serve as the IT escalation point for the assigned portfolio, from the perspective of mitigating risks, following through on action items, issues, and decisions
Education and Experience (the minimum level required to competently perform the job):
- Post-secondary diploma or its equivalent in information and communication technologies or computing science is required.
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in S4HANA implementation and/or S&S
- 3+ years of experience with SAP FICO is required.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO business process including GL, AP, AR, TR , Reporting & Costing
- Experience with Integration to SuccessFactors and other SAP Solutions
- Working knowledge SuccessFactors is a PLUS++
- Experience with Fiori Tiles
Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
