Our client is looking for an SAP SF Employee Central Functional Analyst (Interm or Senior) for a perm position.
- Start date: ASAP
- Location : Montreal (preference) or Ottawa
- Work model: Hybrid 3 days on site (Not negotiable)

- Language: Bilingualism (English and French)
- Travel : Potential 5-10%
Profile / Skills
- The priority is that the SuccessFactors resource has EC experience (very big asset)
- Ideally, someone who has experience with reports/dashboards in SF
- Good communication skills, a positive personality, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
- Willingness to work in gray areas, but with the ability to make quick decisions through brainstorming, etc.
Assets
- Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Merit.
- Exposure to or interest in additional SAP solutions such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Asset Management, Ariba, or SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with evolving business and technology needs.
Must have work authorization in the country where this job is located.
