Our Client is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors consultant with a wide range of experience for a contract engagement.
Start: September 2024 Duration: 6 months to start Location: Downtown Toronto Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite. Need local candidates
Role: The senior consultant will be helping with support and sustainment activities across a broad range of SuccessFactors modules as well as a few projects. Will be working with the client and the AMS provider.
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
Should have experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors across a wide breadth of modules including:
Employee Central
Performance & Goals
Compensation
Onboarding
Recruitment
Learning
Workforce Analytics
Succession & Development
Ability to effectively deal with HR and Payroll business stakeholders
Experience working with both local and offshore resources
Must be able to go onsite in downtown Toronto at least 2 days/week
