Job Description

Our Canada based client has a requirement for an SAP SuccessFactors EC ( Employee Central)  PAYROLL Consultant  for Hypercare(post Go Live and Year End activities. 

Start Date: ASAP /November 20, 2023
End Date:  January 31, 2024
Location: 100% remote ( MT work hours)
Open to CAN or US based consultants 

Need a consultant to support for client who went live with EC, EC Time and ECP with the following below of work.
Expecting the consultant to look at rules and ECP config and explain behaviour and provide alternative options when required.

Implementation Scope:
Employee Central Payroll (ECP) SAP will consider in scope the facilitation, activation and/or configuration of the following items:
? Business process discussion to map future process.
? Map Customer data to available fields and sections within specific Project scope
? Workshop to cover Role Based Permissions, Reporting and Administration specific to payroll The current payroll configuration will be migrated from the SAP ECC 6.0 environment using tools available. The existing configuration will be used as a baseline but will be optimized to support updated processes and will be updated to leverage SAP Leading Practices where possible.

All custom payroll functions \ operations, and other developments necessary to support the migration of the configuration will be completed by the customer prior to the migration.
Program to calculate Performance Bonus calculations may be migrated to Employee Central Payroll or built as an extension, to be decided as part of Explore phase.
Any current core modifications, Implicit Enhancements and other developments not supported in the Employee Central Payroll Environment will not be migrated.

Jointly work to determine the updated process \ solution for processes impacted by these developments. Payroll Organization

? Up to five (5) payroll cycles (weekly, bi-weekly (2), monthly, quarterly) are included in scope Gross to Net
? Configuration of up to 300 customer-specific earning and deduction codes (Wagetypes). Existing Wage Type Catalog and be used but will be optimized.
? Configuration of up to eighteen [18] union contracts in baseline offering.
? Configuration of two Retirees process and data (national and Quebec)
? Payroll customizations and development
o No core modifications or changes to the standard payroll-related programs are included.
o custom payroll rules are included to move existing business requirements from SAP HCM into EC Payroll
? Assumes Overpayment Recovery process is a manual one and does not involve ABAP coding.
? Multiple assignments for an employee is included to support scenarios like concurrent employment Benefits
? Health, Dental, Insurance, Miscellaneous
o No benefit infotypes or plans will be configured, only employee and employer amounts will be uploaded into EC Cloud Payroll as provided by chosen outsourced benefits administrator
o No annual plan limits are included. The benefits provider will track these.
? Pension and Stock and any other non-health benefits will be processed in payroll Garnishments
? Standard garnishment and deduction functions for countries in scope
? Only garnishment order types and rules included with the standard delivered SAP country versions are in scope for this Project. Custom logic, extensions to standard logic, new rules, and other augmentations or enhancements are not included.
? Garnishment notices, letters, and other communication mediums included are only those delivered with the standard SAP country versions. Any PI, basis, ABAP, or other technical work required to deliver these is the responsibility of the customer.
? Standard Tax functions for countries in scope

? No custom tax schemes or models are included in this Project. Only SAP- delivered tax schemes and models will be used.
? Configuration of up to 13 provinces Off-Cycle Processing
? Set up of up to seven (7) Off-Cycle Reasons to support off-cycle payroll
? Configuration of up three (3) process models for Off-Cycle payroll
? LTI Processing Payroll Posting
? Configuration of payroll postings will be limited to set ups for symbolic accounts in EC Payroll. Customer will be responsible to complete configuration within FI system and for generation of posting document
Must have Work Authorization for Canada or the US .
