Location: 100% remote
Open to CAN or US based consultants
Expecting the consultant to look at rules and ECT config and explain behaviour and provide alternative options when required.
Scope:
- Time Tracking and Time Off EC Time Off
- Two (2) Workflows support the following processes:
- Manage Short Term Absences (Unplanned)
- Manage Short Term Absences (Planned)
- Up to Thirty (30) Holiday Calendars
- Up to Fifty (50) Work Schedules
- Up to thirty (30) Time Type Profiles
- Up to Sixty (60) Time Types (Examples include Vacation, Sick, Jury, Unpaid, etc.)
- Up to Two (2) Time Account Types
- Up to Ten (10) Accrual Rules
- Two (2) Period End Processing Rules Time Tracking
- Record Working Time
- Processing of Time Sheets
- Viewing Time Sheet Status
- Changes to Time Sheet including retroactive changes
- Processing Time Sheet Changes
- Time Evaluation Rules
- Overtime Processing based on State\Providence Legal Requirements for Non-Union Employees
- Positive Time Recording for Non-Exempt Employees
- Support for Premium Time Calculation for up to eighteen (18) Collective Bargaining Agreements. Premiums include Overtime, Double-Time, Shift Premiums, On Call Pay
- Two (2) Time Approval Workflows
- Support additional time objects beyond cost center like Work order, ION and WBS Assumptions
- Cross Application Timesheet (CATS) will be utilized for approximately 9,000 employees and integrated to EC Payroll
