Position: SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager/Lead (ECP/Time Tracking)
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (hybrid; onsite 1 day/week)
Focus: Owns and optimizes our client's SAP SuccessFactors ECP and Time Tracking projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration, integration, maintenance, and governance
- Troubleshoot and implement system enhancements
- Design reporting/analytics dashboards to assess ROI
- Collaborate with IT, L&D, and external vendors on technical solutions
- Ensure system compliance with data privacy, security, and accessibility policies
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience, 5+ with SAP SuccessFactors (ECP/Time Tracking)
- Strong technical skills (APIs, PRD, SQL, data integrity, integration)
- Experience with reporting tools and release management
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Preferred: SF certifications, airline or enterprise background
- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred
Must have work authorization for the United States.
